Position Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking skilled, compassionate, and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

This role is ideal for nursing professionals who have experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or critical care units (ICU/CCU) and are passionate about supporting patient recovery in a professional clinical environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care, managing ventilated patients, and maintaining quality care standards in a rehabilitation setting.

Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Patient-Centered Care Delivery

You will deliver high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care to meet management and clinical service targets. You will focus on rehabilitation and recovery.

2. Clinical Documentation

You will maintain 100% data integrity in patient charts, treatment plans, recovery documentation, medication records, and progress notes using hospital information systems.

3. Multidisciplinary Collaboration

You will liaise with the human resources department and multidisciplinary medical professionals including physicians, therapists, and social workers to ensure smooth patient care delivery and quality standards.

4. Ventilated Patient Management

You will handle specialized nursing tasks, including the management of ventilator-dependent patients in long-term care settings. You will monitor respiratory status, suctioning, and weaning protocols.

5. Rehabilitation Support

You will support patient recovery through rehabilitation protocols, mobility assistance, wound care, medication administration, and patient education.

6. Technology Utilization

You will utilize digital information technology tools and hospital information systems (HIS) to optimize patient tracking, documentation, and professional clinical reporting.


Requirements

To be considered for this Registered Nurse position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Essential Requirements:

  • Nursing Degree: A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • UAE License: A valid DOH (Department of Health Abu Dhabi), DHA (Dubai Health Authority), or MOH (Ministry of Health) License to practice in the UAE.
  • LTC/ICU/CCU Experience: Proven professional experience specifically in Long-Term Care (LTC) or critical care units (ICU/CCU). This is mandatory.
  • Ventilator Management: Strong background in the management of ventilated patients, including monitoring, suctioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Rehabilitation Knowledge: Understanding of rehabilitation protocols, patient safety, and clinical safety standards.
  • UAE Healthcare Standards: Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations, infection control practices, and patient safety guidelines.
  • Soft Skills: Operational excellence, high attention to detail, compassion, and a commitment to professional nursing standards.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi or Al Ain as per business requirements.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners will be given priority.
