Position Title: Mechanical Design Engineer (Robotics & Automotive)
We are seeking an innovative, skilled, and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in Robotics and Automotive applications to join our Dubai laboratory.
This role is ideal for a mechanical engineer who understands the complexities of robotics, kinematics, and motion systems. You will be responsible for creating detailed CAD models, building prototypes, conducting simulations, and developing next-generation mechanical systems for intelligent robotic and automotive solutions.

Key Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Mechanical Systems Design
You will design and develop mechanical systems for robotics and automotive applications. You will meet management and technical performance targets through innovative design solutions.
2. CAD Modeling and Drawings
You will create detailed 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and assemblies using SolidWorks. You will maintain 100% data integrity in CAD files and technical documentation.
3. Prototyping and Testing
You will liaise with the human resources department and cross-functional teams (electrical, software, and systems engineers) to build and test prototypes that validate core design concepts.
4. Structural Simulations
You will conduct rigorous analysis of mechanical components using simulation tools. You will optimize materials for durability, weight, cost, and industrial efficiency.
5. Kinematics and Motion Systems
You will apply your knowledge of kinematics, motion systems, and thermal systems to ensure reliable performance of robotic and automotive components.
6. Manufacturing Optimization
You will utilize digital information technology tools and CAD software to optimize manufacturing workflows, DFM (Design for Manufacturing), and professional organizational reporting.
