Position Title: Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys outbound calling, lead generation, and converting prospects into long-term clients. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating new business leads, managing client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales / Business Development Executive, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Outbound Calls and Lead Generation
You will execute outbound calls and lead generation strategies to identify potential clients. You will meet management and performance targets through proactive sales activities.
2. Client Record Management
You will maintain 100% data integrity in client records, prospect follow-ups, sales documentation, and communication logs.
3. Sales Target Achievement
You will liaise with the human resources department and business development teams to achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
4. Prospect Conversion
You will convert prospects into successful sales by understanding client needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and negotiating effectively.
5. CRM Data Management
You will manage and update detailed customer data using Zoho CRM to optimize client acquisition strategies and professional sales tracking.
6. Sales Reporting
You will utilize digital information technology tools and CRM platforms to optimize sales reporting and professional organizational efficiency.

- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Professional Certificate: Relevant sales or business development credentials are preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience specifically within an inside sales or business development role.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with Zoho CRM is preferred. Familiarity with other CRM platforms is acceptable.
- Outbound Calling: Strong background in outbound calling, client relationship management, and sales follow-ups.
