Job Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and building long-term relationships with travel agencies, OTAs, airlines, and distribution partners across the UAE and GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with travel agencies, OTAs, airlines, and distribution partners across the UAE and GCC
- Identify new business opportunities and drive regional business growth
- Build and maintain a strong network within the UAE travel trade
- Deliver professional presentations, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives and market expansion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
- Experience in the travel industry working with travel agencies, OTAs, airlines, or distribution partners
- Strong network within the UAE travel trade
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach to business development
- Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory)
