Job Description
Fitness Champs Aquatics Dubai is looking for enthusiastic professionals who can inspire swimmers, maintain a safe aquatic environment, and contribute to the academy’s continued success. Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will perform a variety of coaching and safety-related duties, including:
- Deliver professional swimming lessons for individuals and group classes.
- Teach beginners as well as intermediate and advanced swimmers.

- Demonstrate proper swimming techniques, breathing methods, and stroke correction.

- Administer first aid and CPR whenever necessary.
- Conduct routine inspections of rescue equipment and pool safety devices.
- Maintain attendance records, lesson reports, and swimmer performance data.
- Coordinate with fellow coaches and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support academy events, swimming competitions, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
Required Qualifications
Applicants who meet the following qualifications will be given preference:
- Valid certification in swimming instruction, coaching, or lifeguarding.
- Recognized qualifications such as ASA, ASCA, Royal Life Saving Society, ILS, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Previous experience working as a Swim Coach, Head Coach, Swimming Instructor, or Lifeguard.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of water safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
- Knowledge of competitive swimming techniques and coaching methods.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends when required.
