Position Title: Sales / Cashier
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Sales / Cashier to join our professional front-end operations team in Umm Al Quwain.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with 1–2 years of dedicated experience as an F&B Cashier (mandatory) . You will be responsible for handling cash, card, and digital transactions accurately, maintaining billing verification systems, and ensuring seamless front-counter workflow synchronization with the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales / Cashier, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Transaction Processing
You will process cash, credit card, and digital merchant transactions to meet management and financial benchmarks.
2. Cash Reconciliation
You will maintain 100% precision in managing daily cash collections and ledger reconciliations at shift end.
3. Coordination with Kitchen & Service Teams
You will liaise with the human resources department, kitchen staff, and service teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of guest orders.
4. Customer Service
You will provide prompt, friendly, and accurate counter service while maintaining an organized and hygienic station layout.
5. POS System Management
You will utilize digital information technology tools and touch-screen POS software to process accurate sales bills, receipts, and order modifications.

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree holder, or Diploma/Certificate in Business, Accounting, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of dedicated experience working specifically as an F&B Cashier is mandatory.
- Cash Handling: Strong background in management of cash drawer processing, basic mathematical operations, and checkout procedures.
- POS Knowledge: Strong understanding of point-of-sale workflows, financial documentation, and guest engagement standards.
- Location: Must currently be located inside Umm Al Quwain (UAQ) .
- Availability: Available for immediate joining.
