Position Title: Registered Nurses & Midwives (5 Openings)

Al Zahra Pvt. Hospital Dubai is expanding its nursing team and seeking dedicated, experienced, and compassionate Registered Nurses and Midwives to join their clinical environment. Multiple positions are available across specialized departments.

These roles are ideal for nursing professionals who understand the importance of high-quality patient care, independent nursing interventions, patient safety protocols, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse or Midwife at Al Zahra Pvt. Hospital Dubai, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Delivering High-Quality Nursing Care

You will provide professional, evidence-based nursing care to patients in your assigned department. You will meet clinical performance targets and ensure positive patient outcomes.

2. Monitoring Patient Conditions

You will continuously assess and monitor patient conditions, identify changes, and implement timely medical interventions as required.

3. Maintaining Clinical Documentation

You will maintain 100% data integrity in patient records, nursing assessments, care plans, medication administration records, and progress notes using EMR systems.

4. Collaborating with Multidisciplinary Teams

You will liaise with physicians, specialists, pharmacists, and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient treatment plans and continuity of care.

5. Ensuring Patient Safety and Comfort

You will prioritize patient safety and comfort at all times. You will adhere to infection control policies, healthcare regulations, and hospital protocols.

6. Independent Nursing Interventions

You will perform independent nursing interventions within your scope of practice, including medication administration, wound care, patient education, and emergency response.

7. Utilizing EMR and Digital Tools

You will use digital information technology tools and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to optimize patient tracking, documentation, and professional clinical reporting.


Department-Specific Responsibilities

Registered Midwife – Labor & Delivery

  • Assist in normal and assisted deliveries
  • Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal vital signs
  • Provide emotional and physical support during labor
  • Immediate newborn assessment and care

RN – Antenatal & Postnatal Care

  • Monitor maternal and fetal health during pregnancy
  • Provide postnatal care and breastfeeding support
  • Educate new mothers on newborn care and recovery

RN – NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)

  • Care for premature and critically ill newborns
  • Monitor vital signs and administer medications
  • Support parents and provide family-centered care

RN – Operation Room (OT)

  • Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures
  • Maintain sterile field and infection control standards

RN – Radiology

  • Assist patients during diagnostic imaging procedures
  • Administer contrast media as required
  • Monitor patients post-procedure for adverse reactions

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Midwifery from a recognized institution.
