Position Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)
We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government-related processes and ensure smooth handling of company documentation at our client’s office in Dubai Maritime City.
This role is ideal for a PRO professional who understands the complexities of UAE immigration, labor procedures, and company licensing. You will be responsible for processing all types of UAE visas, managing company licensing renewals across Mainland and Free Zones (JAFZA, SHAMS, DMCC), and liaising with MOHRE and immigration authorities.

Key Responsibilities
As a Public Relations Officer (PRO), your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Visa Processing (Employment, Residence, Visit)
You will handle the end-to-end processing of all types of UAE visas including employment visas, residence visas, visit visas, and dependent visas. You will ensure timely submission and follow-up with immigration authorities.
2. Trade License and Company Document Renewals
You will manage trade license renewals, establishment card renewals, and other company documentation across Mainland and Free Zones including JAFZA, SHAMS, and DMCC.
3. Government Entity Liaison
You will liaise with government entities including Immigration, MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation), Free Zone Authorities, and economic departments. You will ensure timely approvals and renewals.
4. Employee Documentation Management
You will maintain 100% data integrity in employee documentation including labor contracts, medical insurance, Emirates ID applications, and visa stamping.
5. Company Setup and Licensing
You will manage new company setup processes across various jurisdictions. This includes trade name registration, initial approval, memorandum of association, and license issuance.
6. Labor Contract Management
You will prepare and manage labor contracts, amendments, and cancellations through the MOHRE portal. You will ensure compliance with UAE Labor Laws.
7. Immigration Amendments
You will handle all immigration-related amendments including visa cancellations, status changes, and transfer of sponsorships.
8. Government Portal Management
You will utilize digital information technology tools and government portals (ICA, GDRFA, MOHRE, Tasheel, Free Zone portals) to optimize document tracking and professional reporting.

To be considered for this PRO position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Essential Requirements:
- UAE PRO Experience: Proven professional experience specifically as a Public Relations Officer within the UAE. This is mandatory.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Relevant professional experience may be considered.
- Certification: Relevant UAE PRO or Government Liaison credentials are highly preferred.
- Company Formation Knowledge: Strong background in company formation, labor contracts, and immigration amendments.
- Free Zone Expertise: Knowledge of Free Zone regulations including JAFZA (Jebel Ali Free Zone), SHAMS (Sharjah Media City), and DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre).
- Labor Law Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE Labor Laws, MOHRE procedures, and immigration regulations.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
