We are currently seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and client-focused Luxury Store Manager specializing in menswear to lead our premium boutique in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a retail leader who understands the unique demands of luxury fashion. As a Luxury Store Manager, your daily responsibilities will include:

6. Team Leadership and Development
You will recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the retail team. You will conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and build a high-performing, service-oriented culture.
7. Monitoring KPIs and Reporting
You will track key performance indicators including conversion rates, average transaction value, and client retention. You will prepare professional reports for management review.
8. Utilizing Retail Technology
You will use digital information technology tools and retail management systems to optimize inventory tracking, sales reporting, and organizational efficiency.
