Position Title: Dental Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and compassionate Dental Assistant to support dental professionals in providing exceptional patient services at Al Mazroui Hospital in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities
As a Dental Assistant, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Chairside Assistance
You will provide expert chairside assistance during dental procedures, including general dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. You will anticipate the needs of the dentist and ensure smooth procedure flow.
2. Sterilization and Infection Control
You will maintain 100% precision in sterilization processes, instrument preparation, and treatment room setup. You will ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and DOH standards.

You will prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments, materials, and equipment are ready and sterilized.
4. Patient Documentation
You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with DOH standards and internal hospital policies.
5. Inventory Management
You will liaise with the human resources department and clinical leadership to manage dental inventory, track supplies, and ensure adequate stock levels.
6. Patient Comfort
You will ensure patient comfort before, during, and after dental procedures. You will explain procedures, address concerns, and provide post-operative instructions.
7. Technology Utilization
You will utilize digital information technology tools and dental software systems to update patient histories, schedule appointments, and coordinate clinical workflows.
