Position Title: CCTV Operator
We are seeking an attentive, responsible, and vigilant CCTV Operator to strengthen our campus security operations at Gulf Model School Dubai.
This role is ideal for a security professional who understands the importance of real-time surveillance, incident reporting, and safety compliance in a school environment. You will be responsible for monitoring live CCTV feeds, identifying security concerns in real time, maintaining accurate surveillance logs, and assisting in the implementation of safety protocols across classrooms and hallways.

Key Responsibilities
As a CCTV Operator, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Live CCTV Monitoring
You will monitor live CCTV feeds systematically to meet management and campus safety targets. You will maintain constant vigilance over all surveillance screens.
2. Incident Recording
You will maintain 100% precision in incident recording and surveillance logs. You will document all suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety incidents.
3. Safety Compliance
You will liaise with the human resources department and school leadership to facilitate professional organizational reporting and safety compliance.
4. Real-Time Threat Identification
You will identify and respond to suspicious activities in real time to ensure a well-monitored environment for students, staff, and visitors.
5. Equipment Monitoring
You will utilize digital information technology tools and high-spec surveillance systems to ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and safety protocols are maintained.
6. Emergency Response
You will assist in emergency response procedures, coordinating with security personnel and school leadership during incidents.
Requirements
To be considered for this CCTV Operator position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

- SIRA Certificate: Valid SIRA Certificate (CCTV/Security License) is mandatory.
- Education: Diploma or related professional certificate in Security Operations is preferred.
- UAE School Experience: Mandatory professional experience specifically within a school setting in the UAE. This is mandatory.
- Control Room Experience: Strong background in management of security control rooms, live feed monitoring, and incident reporting.
- School Safety Knowledge: Professional background in education or training regarding school safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in surveillance systems and CCTV equipment.
