Job Summary

We are currently hiring multilingual professionals for Customer Service, Telesales, and Client Retention roles. The ideal candidates will handle client interactions, promote financial and trading services, and support customers across international markets. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced financial services environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Present and explain financial products, trading services, and Forex platforms
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper data management
  • Coordinate with internal teams including HR and technical support departments
  • Build strong client relationships to improve retention and engagement
  • Follow up with clients and support ongoing sales campaigns
  • Use CRM and digital tools to ensure smooth workflow and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in call center, telesales, or customer service preferred
  • Must be currently based in the UAE
  • Strong communication skills in one or more of the following languages:
    Malay, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa, Japanese, Cantonese, or Swiss German
  • Experience in Forex, trading, or financial customer support is an advantage
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and high-pressure environment
