Job Summary
We are hiring a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end logistics operations in Dubai. The role includes handling RTA documentation, customs clearance, import/export coordination, and shipping documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UAE logistics operations and the ability to manage regulatory and government-related processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle registration, licensing, and ownership transfer processes in compliance with RTA regulations
- Handle all Dubai RTA-related documentation with accuracy and timely execution
- Coordinate with customs authorities, ports, and government departments for smooth logistics operations
- Oversee import and export activities, including shipping coordination and carrier negotiations
- Prepare and manage Letter of Credit (L/C) and other shipping documentation
- Maintain accurate records using logistics and IT systems (ERP, shipping platforms, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with UAE logistics laws and internal operational standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Minimum 4 years of logistics experience in the UAE
- At least 1 year of direct experience with RTA-related processes
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance, vehicle registration, and international shipping documentation
- Familiarity with INCOTERMS and Letter of Credit procedures
- Strong MS Office and documentation management skills
- Arabic language skills are highly preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle regulatory coordination efficiently
