Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and creative Content Writer to join our team in Dubai Marina. The role involves producing high-quality written content for luxury real estate marketing, property listings, and brand communication. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate content writing and a strong understanding of luxury market positioning, investor-focused communication, and digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging and persuasive property descriptions and marketing content aligned with brand guidelines
- Create social media content tailored for the Dubai luxury real estate audience
- Write blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns in coordination with marketing and HR teams
- Produce website content targeting high-net-worth individuals and property investors
- Support digital marketing efforts by ensuring content is SEO-friendly and trend-relevant
- Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand identity across all platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
- 2–3 years of proven experience in content writing, preferably within the real estate sector
- Strong portfolio showcasing luxury property or marketing content
- Good understanding of SEO and digital content strategies
- Excellent written English and creative writing skills
- Must be currently based in the UAE
