Position Title: Logistics Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations in Abu Dhabi.
This role is ideal for a logistics professional who understands the complexities of supply chain management, transportation coordination, and UAE customs compliance. You will be responsible for coordinating supply chain activities, arranging transportation, managing shipping documentation, and ensuring seamless movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities
As a Logistics Coordinator, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Supply Chain Coordination
You will coordinate and oversee supply chain activities to meet management and delivery targets. You will ensure goods move efficiently from origin to destination.
2. Shipment Monitoring
You will maintain 100% precision in shipment monitoring, tracking, and ensuring all shipments meet required timelines.
3. Stakeholder Liaison
You will liaise with the human resources department, suppliers, freight forwarders, and transporters to maintain seamless operations.
4. Shipping Documentation
You will prepare and manage shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, air waybills, and customs declarations to ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations.
5. Customs Compliance
You will ensure all shipments comply with UAE customs regulations, import/export laws, and documentation requirements.
6. Logistics Optimization
You will utilize digital information technology tools and MS Excel to optimize logistics workflows, track shipments, and resolve issues professionally.
