Position Title: Receptionist (Automotive Sector)

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and well-presented Receptionist with mandatory automotive sector experience to join our automotive service center in Abu Dhabi.

This role is ideal for a front desk professional who understands the unique demands of the automotive industry. You will be responsible for greeting customers, managing incoming inquiries, coordinating with the service team, and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

As a Receptionist, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Customer Greeting and Assistance

You will greet and assist customers warmly, creating a positive first impression of the automotive service center.

2. Call Management

You will maintain 100% precision in managing calls, directing technical inquiries to the appropriate service team members, and ensuring no customer query goes unanswered.

3. Appointment Scheduling

You will liaise with the human resources department and service teams to schedule appointments, coordinate service bookings, and ensure a smooth daily workflow.

4. Record Maintenance

You will maintain organized records of customer interactions, service appointments, and daily front desk activities.

5. Administrative Support

You will handle daily customer interactions, manage front desk operations, and support the administrative team as needed.

6. Technology Utilization

You will utilize digital information technology tools and MS Office to optimize front desk operations and professional administrative delivery.


Requirements

To be considered for this Receptionist position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Essential Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related professional field is required.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of professional experience specifically within an automotive receptionist or front desk position. This is mandatory.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong background in managing customer queries, call handling, and team-oriented administrative tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Soft Skills: Operational excellence, professional appearance, customer-oriented approach, and strong organizational skills.
  • Availability: Immediate joining is preferred.
