Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to join our technical sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in HVAC, MEP, insulation products, or construction material sales within the UAE market.
This role involves managing project sales activities, building relationships with contractors and consultants, preparing quotations, and supporting business growth through strategic client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project clients.
- Promote and sell HVAC systems, insulation products, MEP solutions, and construction materials.
- Identify new business opportunities and support company sales growth initiatives.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to generate project sales.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submittals as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information regularly.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous UAE experience in HVAC, MEP, insulation, or building materials sales is required.
- Strong understanding of project sales cycles and the UAE construction industry.
- Good communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and sales targets effectively.
- Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Technical or engineering educational background will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with project estimations, tender documents, and CRM systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC products, insulation systems, and MEP solutions is highly desirable.
