Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Dark Store Supervisor to manage daily warehouse and fulfillment activities in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory movement, order processing, dispatch coordination, and team performance within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
This role requires strong leadership abilities, operational planning skills, and hands-on experience in warehouse or fulfillment center operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily dark store and fulfillment center operations from order processing to final dispatch.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and shipment preparation for customer orders.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock organization, and cycle counting activities.
- Lead warehouse associates and support staff to achieve operational targets and service standards.
- Maintain SLA compliance and monitor daily fulfillment KPIs.
- Coordinate with logistics, delivery, and supply chain teams for smooth order execution.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company operational guidelines.
- Track operational performance and prepare daily reports for management review.
- Identify workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational delays.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, or dark store management is required.
- Good understanding of inventory management, FIFO/FEFO processes, and warehouse systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning processes is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and operational planning capabilities.
- Knowledge of stock control, dispatch coordination, and warehouse safety practices.
