Position Title: HR Payroll & Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Payroll & Insurance Specialist to join our HR team in the UAE.


Key Responsibilities

As an HR Payroll & Insurance Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Payroll Processing

You will manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, overtime, and leave adjustments.

2. Insurance Deductions

You will handle insurance deductions and ensure accurate recording of medical insurance contributions.

3. Compliance Management

You will ensure all payroll activities comply with UAE payroll regulations and labor laws.

4. Employee Query Handling

You will respond to employee queries related to payroll, salary discrepancies, and insurance matters in a timely and professional manner.

5. Medical Insurance Coordination

You will manage medical insurance enrollments, renewals, cancellations, and claims coordination with insurance providers.

6. Payroll Reporting

You will prepare payroll reports, salary certificates, and other related documentation.

7. System Management

You will maintain accurate payroll and insurance records in the HRIS system.
