Position Title: Sonographer – Hindi Speaker (Diagnostic Imaging)
We are currently seeking a qualified, compassionate, and bilingual Sonographer who is fluent in Hindi and English to join a well-established medical center in the Al Dhafra Region of Abu Dhabi.
This role is ideal for a diagnostic imaging professional who understands the importance of accurate ultrasound procedures and patient comfort. You will be responsible for performing advanced ultrasound examinations, ensuring accurate imaging results, maintaining clinical documentation, and adhering to strict healthcare safety protocols under DOH regulations.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sonographer, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Performing Ultrasound Examinations
You will conduct professional ultrasound examinations and imaging procedures across various applications including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging. Your work will support clinical diagnostic targets and patient care goals.
2. Ensuring Imaging Accuracy
You will capture high-quality diagnostic images, adjust equipment settings as needed, and ensure that all imaging results are accurate and complete for physician review.
3. Maintaining Clinical Documentation
You will maintain 100% data integrity in imaging results, patient records, and medical documentation. Your attention to detail will support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
4. Bilingual Patient Communication
You will use your fluency in Hindi and English to explain procedures to patients, answer questions, and provide reassurance. Clear communication helps reduce patient anxiety and improves cooperation during examinations.
5. Coordinating with Medical Staff
You will liaise with physicians, radiologists, nurses, and administrative staff to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless workflow within the diagnostic center.
6. Following Safety Protocols
You will maintain high clinical standards by following all DOH regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols. You will also ensure proper infection control measures are followed.
7. Utilizing Modern Imaging Systems
You will use digital information technology tools and modern ultrasound equipment to optimize diagnostic accuracy and produce professional medical reports.

Essential Requirements:
- Medical Qualification: A Medical Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution is required.
- DOH License: A valid DOH (Department of Health Abu Dhabi) License is mandatory. Candidates with DOH eligibility may also be considered.
- Language Skills: Proven professional fluency in both Hindi and English is required to interact effectively with a diverse patient base in Al Dhafra.
- Clinical Experience: Relevant clinical experience as a Sonographer is preferred. Experience in a UAE healthcare setting is highly valued.
