1. Material Receipt & Storage

Receive incoming materials, verify quantities and quality, and ensure proper storage according to company guidelines.

3. Material Issuance

Issue materials to site teams as per project requirements, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are followed.

4. Coordination with Teams

Work closely with procurement, site, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth operations.

5. Stock Inspection & Audits

Conduct regular stock checks and participate in audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

6. Safety & Compliance

Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety regulations and proper handling procedures.

7. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain proper records of all transactions, prepare reports, and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.

  • Diploma, degree, or relevant certification in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or industrial projects
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
  • Experience with stock control systems and documentation
  • Good understanding of safety procedures and material handling
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
