🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory; diploma holders not eligible)
- 2–3 years of HSE experience in construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance standards
- Experience in risk assessment, safety audits, and incident reporting
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHAD are highly preferred
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
- Experience in roads and bridges projects (RTA/DMT) is an advantage
