Job Description
The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily dining operations, lead service teams, maintain food quality standards, and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations while maintaining excellent service standards
- Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing customer feedback and resolving concerns professionally
- Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance, and maintain workplace discipline
- Oversee food quality, presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor restaurant performance and ensure smooth and efficient daily service
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Arabic restaurant
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and team management abilities
- Good knowledge of Arabic cuisine and restaurant service standards
