Job Title: Reservation Agent (Guest Experience Coordination & Booking Systems Management)
We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-oriented, and bilingual Reservation Agent who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our hospitality team at Al Khoory Hotels in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who understands that the reservation experience is the first impression a guest has of a hotel. Key Responsibilities
As a Reservation Agent at Al Khoory Hotels, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Managing Hotel Reservations & Guest Inquiries
You will handle all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms. You will ensure that every booking is processed accurately and efficiently to meet management and occupancy targets.
2. Booking Coordination & Data Integrity
You will coordinate bookings across multiple properties, ensuring 100% data integrity in reservation systems, guest documentation, and communication logs. Accuracy is essential to avoid overbookings and guest dissatisfaction.
3. Liaising with Front Office & Other Departments
You will work closely with the human resources department, front-office teams, and housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest experience from reservation to check-out.
4. Bilingual Guest Communication (Arabic & English)
You will utilize your Arabic and English language skills to address guest needs, answer questions about room availability, rates, and hotel amenities, and resolve any issues with professionalism and warmth.
5. Technology-Enabled Reservation Management
You will utilize digital information technology tools, property management systems (PMS), and MS Office applications to optimize daily reservation tasks, generate reports, and support management decision-making.
Requirements
To be considered for this Reservation Agent position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

- Educational Qualification: A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is required. A professional certificate in reservations or guest relations is an advantage.
- Language: Arabic speaker is mandatory. You must be fluent in both written and spoken Arabic, in addition to English.
- Experience: Previous professional experience specifically in hotel reservations is preferred. UAE market experience is highly valued.
