🔹 About the Role:
In this position, you will handle the complete recruitment cycle—from sourcing candidates to final onboarding. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, screen suitable profiles, and ensure positions are filled efficiently with the right talent.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles
- Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews
- Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring updates
- Work closely with internal teams to close positions on time
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience (Dubai market experience is required)
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
