Position Title: HR Recruiter (Domestic IT Recruitment)

We are seeking dedicated and motivated HR Recruiters who are ready to restart their careers after a career break of 2–3 years. This is a 100% remote role, perfect for women looking to balance professional growth with personal commitments.


Key Responsibilities

As an HR Recruiter, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. IT Recruitment

You will source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for domestic clients. You will handle end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.

2. Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Management

You will manage Contract-to-Hire (C2H) requirements, ensuring smooth transitions from contract to permanent placement.

3. Domestic Recruitment

You will focus on domestic recruitment within India, understanding local talent markets and hiring trends.

4. Candidate Sourcing

You will use job portals, social media, and professional networks to source qualified IT candidates.

5. Screening and Interviewing

You will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit for technical roles.

6. Client Coordination

You will coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and present suitable candidates.

7. Offer Management

You will manage offer letters, negotiations, and onboarding processes.
