Job Description
The GTM Lead will manage strategic North American client accounts, translate complex technical needs into AI voice solutions, and scale GTM sales processes in Mountain View, California.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales lifecycles and manage high-value client account books
- Translate enterprise requirements into technical specifications for Engineering teams
- Lead outbound pipeline expansion across product-led growth (PLG) channels
- Partner cross-functionally with Product and Growth teams to accelerate POC deal cycles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technical domain
- 5+ years of customer-facing sales engineering or GTM experience in AI/software
- Solid technical grounding in AI infrastructure, cloud systems, and API integration
- Familiarity with usage-based business models and GTM systems like Clay or Zapier
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
