Position Title: AV Technician
We are seeking an experienced, technically skilled, and proactive AV Technician to join our professional technical operations team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for an AV professional who has strong field experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining audio visual systems. You will be responsible for executing technical fault diagnostics, supporting live operations across various locations, and ensuring seamless AV infrastructure performance.

Key Responsibilities
As an AV Technician, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Installation and Configuration
You will install, configure, and maintain audio visual systems including LED displays, sound systems, projectors, and control systems to meet management and project benchmarks.
2. Field Inspections and Maintenance
You will conduct field-based routine inspections and equipment maintenance with 100% precision, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally.
3. Technical Coordination
You will liaise with the human resources department, project staff, and technical coordinators to facilitate professional organizational coordination of on-site deployments.
4. Fault Diagnosis and Resolution
You will isolate and resolve complex technical faults related to LED screens, sound systems, and multi-component AV hardware arrays in a timely manner.
5. Live Event Support
You will utilize digital information technology tools and infrastructure frameworks to run system tests, update software configurations, and provide operational support during live events.

- Educational Qualification: Diploma, Degree, or Technical Certificate in Electronics, Audio Visual Technology, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Strong hands-on experience in audio visual systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting is mandatory.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong background in management of field-based operations, LED display structures, and audio mixing hardware.
- Safety Knowledge: Understanding of technical guidelines, safety procedures, and signal flow diagrams.
- Driving License: A valid UAE Driving License is highly preferred for independent movement across site assignments.
