Role Overview
As a Biomedical Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and supporting medical and laboratory equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all systems are functioning properly, minimizing downtime and ensuring patient safety.
This role requires both technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills. You will often be required to diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and coordinate with clients or internal teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing medical equipment
- Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions

- Traveling to client locations across Dubai and Northern Emirates as required

Required Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical equipment maintenance
OR at least 3 years of experience in laboratory equipment maintenance - Strong technical knowledge of medical and lab devices
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Capability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage)
- Must currently be based in the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
