Position Title: Consultant / Specialist ENT Surgeon
We are recruiting a highly qualified Consultant or Specialist ENT Surgeon to join a leading medical team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for an otolaryngology professional who understands the complexities of ear, nose, and throat disorders. You will be responsible for managing both surgical and non-surgical treatments, performing advanced ENT procedures, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing integrated patient care.

Key Responsibilities
As a Consultant / Specialist ENT Surgeon, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Diagnosis and Management
You will diagnose and manage advanced ENT conditions including sinus disorders, hearing loss, tonsil issues, vocal cord problems, head and neck conditions, and balance disorders.
2. Surgical and Non-Surgical Treatments
You will provide both surgical and non-surgical treatments, performing complex ENT procedures in operating room settings.
3. Patient Documentation
You will maintain 100% data integrity in surgical records, patient histories, clinical documentation, and follow-up plans.
4. Multidisciplinary Collaboration
You will liaise with the human resources department and multidisciplinary medical specialists including audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists, and oncologists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
5. Surgical Excellence
You will execute complex surgical procedures including endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, ear tube placement, septoplasty, and head and neck surgeries while adhering to international healthcare quality standards.
6. Technology Utilization
You will utilize digital information technology tools and advanced medical systems to optimize diagnostic accuracy and produce professional medical reports.
