Job Title: Storekeeper (Construction Projects – Material Management)
We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Storekeeper to join our team for large-scale construction projects in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a logistics and inventory professional who understands the unique demands of construction sites. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, maintaining accurate stock registers, and ensuring full compliance with site procedures for materials such as steel, bitumen, aggregates, and other construction supplies.

Key Responsibilities
As a Storekeeper at Scientechnic, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Day-to-Day Store Operations
You will manage all on-site store operations, ensuring that materials are received, stored, and issued in accordance with project requirements and management standards.
2. Accurate Inventory Documentation
You will maintain precise records of all materials, ensuring 100% data integrity in:
- GRN (Goods Receipt Note) – Recording all incoming materials
- MIN (Material Issue Note) – Tracking all materials issued to site teams
- Stock Registers – Maintaining real-time inventory levels
3. Coordination with Site Engineers & HR
You will liaise with site engineers, project managers, and the human resources department to coordinate material requirements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation compliance.
4. Stock Monitoring & Procurement Support
You will monitor stock levels daily and support timely procurement processes by raising alerts when materials reach reorder levels. A safety-aware approach to all site operations is essential.
5. Technology-Enhanced Inventory Tracking
You will utilize digital information technology tools and SAP ERP systems to optimize inventory tracking, generate reports, and support professional site reporting for management review.
Requirements
To be considered for this Storekeeper position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. A professional certificate in Storekeeping, Inventory Management, or Logistics is an advantage.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional experience specifically within construction or infrastructure project sites is required.
- Material Knowledge: Strong background in management of construction materials including steel, bitumen, aggregates, and general site supplies.
