Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Team Training Manager to support and develop our sales team in Dubai. This role involves designing training programs, coaching team members, and improving overall sales performance. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in training within a real estate developer environment and a strong understanding of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs focused on real estate sales
- Coach and mentor sales team members to improve performance
- Identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans
- Work closely with HR to align training with business goals
- Monitor training effectiveness and update programs as needed
- Maintain training records and track team progress using digital tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant certification
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar training role
- Experience working with a real estate developer in Dubai (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of sales coaching and team development
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- European nationality preferred (as per company requirement)
