Position Title: Marketing and Sales Executive
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys building partnerships, creating engaging social media content, and coordinating events. You will be responsible for conducting promotional activities in schools, developing partnerships with hotels and travel agencies, managing social media content, and coordinating birthday events and mall activations.

Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing and Sales Executive, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. School Promotional Activities
You will conduct school visits and promotional activities to generate leads and meet management targets. You will build relationships with schools to promote KidsHQ’s offerings.
2. Partnership Development
You will develop and maintain partnerships with hotels, travel agencies, and other family-focused businesses to drive sales and brand awareness.
3. Event Coordination
You will liaise with the human resources department and operational teams to coordinate birthday events, mall activations, and other promotional activities.
4. Social Media Management
You will oversee social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and create engaging content including video reels, photography, and posts to enhance brand visibility.
5. Client Follow-Ups
You will maintain 100% precision in client follow-ups, partnership engagement, and lead tracking.
6. Booking Management
You will utilize digital information technology tools to manage bookings, track event schedules, and maintain customer databases.
7. Content Creation
You will create video reels, photography, and other visual content for branch-level marketing tasks and social media channels.
Requirements

- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
