Position Title: HR Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Assistant Manager to support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who understands the complexities of UAE Labor Law, employee relations, and fast-paced real estate environments. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee records management, payroll operations, visa processing, compliance with UAE Labor Law, and employee relations.

If you have 5–8 years of HR experience in the UAE, strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, and a background in real estate or fast-paced environments (preferred), we encourage you to apply.


Key Responsibilities

As an HR Assistant Manager, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. End-to-End Recruitment & Onboarding

You will manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding of new employees.

2. Employee Records & Documentation

You will maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. You will ensure 100% data integrity in the HRIS system.

3. Payroll & Benefits Administration

You will support payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR operations including leave management, attendance tracking, and end-of-service calculations.

4. Visa & Government Processes

You will manage visa processing, work permits, labor contracts, and other government-related processes including PRO coordination.

5. UAE Labor Law Compliance

You will ensure all HR policies and practices comply with UAE Labor Law and maintain updated HR policies as per legal requirements.

6. Employee Relations

You will handle employee relations matters, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment.

7. Performance Management

You will support the performance management process including appraisals, feedback, and career development planning.


Requirements

To be considered for this HR Assistant Manager position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Essential Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of professional HR experience specifically in the UAE.
  • Labor Law Knowledge: Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, immigration regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Industry Background: Background in real estate or fast-paced environments is preferred.
  • HR Operations: Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, visa processing, and employee relations.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
