This role is ideal for a security professional who has a valid SIRA CCTV Operator License and hands-on experience in CCTV monitoring, surveillance operations, and Video Management Systems (VMS). Position Title: CCTV Operator
We are seeking a highly observant and responsible CCTV Operator to join our security team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
As a CCTV Operator, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. CCTV Monitoring
You will monitor live CCTV feeds systematically to detect security breaches, suspicious activities, and safety hazards.
2. Surveillance Operations
You will operate Video Management Systems (VMS) to review recorded footage, zoom in on incidents, and track suspicious movements.
3. Incident Reporting
You will maintain accurate incident logs and prepare detailed reports for management and security teams.
4. Alertness and Focus
You will maintain continuous alertness and focus during extended monitoring shifts, ensuring no suspicious activity goes unnoticed.
5. Coordination with Security Teams
You will liaise with on-ground security personnel to respond to incidents in real-time.
6. Equipment Monitoring
You will ensure all CCTV equipment is functioning correctly and report any technical issues immediately.
