Position Title: Health & Safety Engineer
We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and proactive Health & Safety Engineer to join our expanding safety operations in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a safety professional who understands the importance of regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and hazard identification in construction and landscaping projects. You will be responsible for overseeing site inspections, implementing health and safety systems, and ensuring strict adherence to ADOSH / OSHAD standards.

Key Responsibilities
As a Health & Safety Engineer, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Safety Procedure Development
You will develop and monitor health and safety procedures across project sites to meet management and safety targets.
2. Regulatory Compliance
You will ensure 100% compliance with ADOSH (Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health) and OSHAD regulations, as well as local site safety standards.
3. Safety Leadership
You will liaise with the human resources department and operational teams to lead safety initiatives and promote safety awareness among all employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
4. Site Audits and Risk Assessments
You will conduct regular site audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend effective preventive actions.
5. Incident Investigation
You will investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions. You will prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective measures.
6. Safety Training
You will conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training for site personnel.
7. Documentation and Reporting
You will utilize digital information technology tools and reporting systems to maintain accurate safety records, incident logs, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
