Position Title: Graphic Designer
We are seeking a creative, skilled, and bilingual Graphic Designer who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
This role is ideal for a design professional who understands the importance of visual storytelling, corporate branding, and brand consistency across digital and print media. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining brand identity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
As a Graphic Designer at Al Ahlia Group, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Visual Content Creation
You will create visually appealing designs for digital and print media including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website assets, banners, presentations, and corporate stationery.
2. Brand Identity Management
You will maintain consistency in brand identity across all design outputs. You will ensure 100% data integrity in brand guidelines and creative project delivery.
3. Bilingual Design (Arabic & English)
You will produce designs in both Arabic and English languages. You will collaborate with the marketing team to create culturally appropriate content for Arabic-speaking audiences.
4. Collaboration with Internal Teams
You will liaise with the human resources department, marketing units, and other internal stakeholders to produce social media content, marketing materials, and corporate communications.
5. Project Management
You will manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
6. Staying Current with Trends
You will utilize digital information technology tools and the latest design software to optimize creative output. You will stay updated with industry trends and emerging design technologies.
Requirements

- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience specifically in graphic design within a corporate environment.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects (preferred).
- Language: Arabic language proficiency is mandatory (reading, writing, and design in Arabic script).
