Position Title: Finance Executive
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, and proactive Finance Executive to join our finance team at Meta Advisory Partners in Dubai.
This role is ideal for an accounting or finance professional who understands the importance of accurate financial records, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards and IFRS, and supporting audit processes.

Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Executive at Meta Advisory Partners, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Managing General Ledgers and Daily Operations
You will manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate general ledgers, and ensure that all financial transactions are recorded correctly and in a timely manner.
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable
You will handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, collections follow-up, and reconciliation of customer and vendor accounts.
3. Bank Reconciliations
You will perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that company records match bank statements. You will investigate and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
4. Payroll Processing
You will assist with payroll processing, ensuring that employee salaries, benefits, and deductions are calculated accurately and disbursed on time.
5. VAT Filing and UAE Compliance
You will liaise with the human resources department and external auditors to assist in VAT filing processes. You will maintain full compliance with UAE tax regulations and IFRS standards.
6. Financial Forecasting and Budgeting
You will contribute to financial forecasting, monitor operational expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Your insights will support strategic decision-making by management.
7. Audit Support
You will prepare documentation and schedules for internal and external audits. You will ensure that all financial records are audit-ready at all times.
8. Utilizing Accounting Software
You will use digital information technology tools and accounting software such as SAP, Tally, or QuickBooks to optimize reporting accuracy and improve organizational efficiency.
