Position Title: Construction Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven, and proactive Construction Manager to lead and oversee our building and villa construction projects in Abu Dhabi.
This role is ideal for a senior construction professional who understands the complexities of managing end-to-end construction activities, leading site teams, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
If you hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, have minimum 8–12 years of construction experience (with 3–5 years in a managerial role) , strong experience in building and villa construction projects, and proven leadership skills, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities
As a Construction Manager, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. End-to-End Construction Management
You will manage end-to-end construction activities across multiple projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
2. Team Leadership
You will lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, ensuring high performance and accountability.
3. Project Delivery
You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per specifications and quality standards.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure alignment and smooth project workflow.
5. Progress Monitoring
You will monitor project progress and prepare management reports for senior leadership.
6. Technical Review
You will review and approve method statements, work plans, and project schedules.
7. QA/QC & HSE Compliance
You will ensure strict compliance with quality assurance/quality control and health, safety, and environmental standards.
8. Resource Planning
You will oversee resource planning including manpower, materials, and equipment.
9. Risk Management
You will identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays and cost overruns.
10. Site Inspections
You will conduct regular site inspections and attend site meetings to ensure quality and progress.
