Job Description
The Property Valuer will be responsible for conducting property valuations, preparing professional valuation reports, and ensuring compliance with Dubai’s real estate regulations and valuation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations for residential, commercial, and other real estate assets
- Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Analyze market trends, comparable sales, and property data to determine fair market values
- Ensure compliance with Dubai valuation standards, DLD regulations, and RERA requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide professional valuation recommendations to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of real estate valuation experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of DLD, RERA, and Dubai valuation standards
- Excellent analytical, research, and report-writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple valuation assignments effectively
