Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to maintain our IT infrastructure, administer Windows Server and networking systems, and support business applications across corporate operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and business applications.
- Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi connectivity, VPNs, firewalls, and network services.
- Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Support Microsoft 365 services, backup systems, and disaster recovery processes.
- Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues while maintaining proper documentation.
- Assist in supporting MS SQL Server databases and legacy VB 6.0 business applications.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on IT support and infrastructure experience.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
- Working knowledge of MS SQL Server and legacy VB 6.0 business applications.
- Candidates must currently reside in the UAE.
