Job Description
The Sales & Customer Service Executives will manage client accounts, coordinate shipment workflows, develop new freight business, and maintain high service satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Support daily freight and shipping operations while ensuring excellent customer service
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment handling and customer satisfaction
- Achieve assigned business objectives and maintain professional client communication
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding and logistics in Abu Dhabi
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Proven track record in sales acquisition (for Sales Executive role) or client servicing
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
