Job Description
The Project Manager will direct large-scale construction builds, oversee site budgets, manage contract claims, and ensure HSE compliance in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from planning stages through completion and handover
- Oversee project schedules, site budgets, resource allocation, and cost controls
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and engineering teams
- Manage project risks, contract variations, claims, and strict HSE regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 20 years of extensive construction project management experience
- Deep expertise in civil works, budgeting, contract claims, and quality standards
- Exceptional executive leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
