Position Title: Civil Project Engineer
We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and proactive Civil Project Engineer to join our team for building and villa construction projects in Abu Dhabi.
This role is ideal for a civil engineer who understands the complexities of construction project execution, site coordination, and quality compliance. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising construction activities, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, ensuring QA/QC and HSE compliance, and managing site resources effectively.
If you hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, have minimum 5+ years of construction experience (buildings/villas preferred) , and possess strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution, we encourage you to apply. UAE experience preferred and immediate joiners given preference.
Key Responsibilities
As a Civil Project Engineer, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Project Planning & Execution
You will plan, execute, and supervise construction activities to meet project schedules and quality standards.
2. Coordination
You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project workflow.
3. Compliance Assurance
You will ensure all work is performed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
4. Progress Monitoring
You will monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly reports for management review.
5. Technical Review
You will review shop drawings and method statements to ensure technical accuracy.
6. QA/QC & HSE Compliance
You will ensure quality assurance/quality control and health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.
7. Resource Management
You will manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
8. Site Meetings
You will attend site meetings and coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and authorities.
9. Issue Resolution
You will identify and resolve technical issues on site promptly to avoid delays.
Requirements

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction projects (buildings and villas construction preferred).
