Position Title: Travel Specialist
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Travel Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a travel professional who understands the complexities of end-to-end travel arrangements, visa processing, itinerary coordination, and destination management. You will be responsible for handling flight bookings, hotel reservations, global visa processing, designing customized holiday packages, and maintaining relationships with airline and hotel partners.

Key Responsibilities
As a Travel Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Flight & Hotel Bookings
You will coordinate flight bookings and hotel reservations to meet management and client expectations, ensuring the best rates and options.
2. Visa Documentation
You will maintain 100% precision in global visa documentation and itinerary accuracy, ensuring all paperwork is complete and compliant.
3. Partner Coordination
You will liaise with the human resources department and supplier partners (airlines, hotels, DMCs) to facilitate professional organizational reporting and event coordination.
4. Customized Packages
You will design and organize customized holiday packages and corporate travel solutions tailored to client needs.
5. Issue Resolution
You will utilize digital information technology tools and GDS booking systems to resolve travel-related issues and optimize client solutions.
6. Event Travel Logistics
You will coordinate event travel logistics for corporate groups, incentives, and special events.

- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality is required.
- Experience: Preferably 3+ years of professional experience specifically within the UAE Travel/DMC sector.
- Visa Processing: Strong background in management of visa processing, holiday design, and event travel logistics.
- Travel Regulations: Professional background in education regarding international travel regulations and destination knowledge.
- Booking Systems: Familiarity with GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre) and online booking platforms.
- Multitasking: Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess strong multitasking abilities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
