Position 1: Sales Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Assist customers, answer product inquiries, and provide high-quality service to meet management and sales floor targets.
- Sales Support: Help customers with product selection, recommendations, and purchase decisions.
- Product Display: Liaise with the human resources department and store teams to maintain proper product display and ensure store cleanliness.
- Transaction Handling: Process customer payments, handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Merchandising: Ensure products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed according to store standards.
Requirements:

- 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred

Position 2: Store Keeper
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Receiving: Handle stock receiving, verify quantities against delivery notes, and inspect for damages.
- Inventory Management: Maintain 100% data integrity in stock records, transaction logs, and inventory reports.
- Stock Storage: Organize stock in designated storage areas ensuring proper labeling and accessibility.
- Stock Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels and proactively report any discrepancies or low-stock situations.
- Inventory Reporting: Utilize digital information technology tools and retail systems to optimize stock management and professional operational reporting.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 1–2 years of store keeping or inventory experience preferred
- Basic computer and Excel skills

Shared Responsibilities (Both Roles)

To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Essential Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Professional Certificate: Relevant Retail or Inventory Certificate is preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience preferred within retail or store operations.
- Customer Service: Strong background in customer service practices (for Sales Associate role).
- Stock Control: Strong background in stock control, inventory handling, and merchandising standards (for Store Keeper role).
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
