We are seeking skilled and motivated professionals to join a growing organization in Abu Dhabi. Three positions are available:

Position 1: Leasing & Contract Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Manage leasing contracts and agreements for labor accommodations and residential properties.
- Tawtheeq System: Handle Tawtheeq registrations, renewals, and compliance with Abu Dhabi municipality regulations.
- Tenant Coordination: Liaise with tenants regarding lease agreements, renewals, payments, and dispute resolution.
- Documentation: Maintain 100% data integrity in contract documentation, tenancy contracts, and leasing records.
- Compliance: Ensure all leasing activities comply with UAE labor laws and Abu Dhabi real estate regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Relevant Diploma
- 3–5 years of experience in leasing, contract management, or real estate
- Experience with Tawtheeq system is mandatory
- Labor accommodation background is preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE tenancy laws
Position 2: Senior Housekeeping Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise housekeeping staff in facility management or labor camp environments.
- Quality Control: Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance across all facilities.
- Scheduling: Manage staff rotas, work assignments, and shift schedules.
- Inventory Management: Oversee housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory levels.
- Training: Train housekeeping staff on safety protocols, cleaning procedures, and quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection reports, and safety records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Relevant Diploma
- 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision
- Facility management or labor camp experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of HSE standards and cleaning protocols
Position 3: Lead Cook (Catering Services)
Key Responsibilities:
- Large-Scale Food Production: Manage food preparation and cooking for large-scale catering operations (labor camps, accommodations).
- Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff, assign duties, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Menu Planning: Plan menus that are nutritious, cost-effective, and cater to diverse dietary needs.
- Food Safety: Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
- Inventory Control: Manage kitchen inventory, food supplies, and prevent wastage.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Relevant Diploma (culinary qualification preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in large-scale catering or kitchen management
- Labor camp or accommodation catering experience preferred
- HACCP certification is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
Shared Requirements (All Positions)
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience specifically within the UAE labor accommodation or hospitality sectors.
- Certification: Relevant professional HSE, Leasing, or Culinary Certificate as per role.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong background in UAE labor laws, Tawtheeq, HACCP, or facility maintenance standards.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software (FM systems, leasing platforms, or kitchen management tools).
- Soft Skills: Operational excellence, strong communication skills, ability to work in team-oriented environments, and excellent organizational abilities.
