Position Title: QA/QC Engineer (HVAC)
We are seeking a qualified, detail-oriented, and experienced QA/QC Engineer with strong expertise in HVAC systems to join our team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a mechanical engineer who understands the importance of quality assurance and quality control in HVAC construction projects. You will be responsible for implementing quality procedures, conducting site inspections, verifying material standards, and ensuring all HVAC installations meet project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
As a QA/QC Engineer (HVAC), your daily responsibilities will include:
1. QA/QC Procedure Implementation
You will implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures to meet management and project quality targets.
2. Inspection and Documentation
You will maintain 100% data integrity in inspection reports, QA/QC documentation, compliance logs, and material test reports.
3. Quality Issue Resolution
You will liaise with the human resources department and project teams to resolve quality-related issues and verify that materials meet required standards.
4. Site Inspections
You will conduct regular site checks to verify that HVAC installations align with project requirements, approved drawings, and industry specifications.
5. Material Verification
You will verify that all incoming HVAC materials and equipment meet project specifications, approved submittals, and quality standards.
6. Compliance Monitoring
You will ensure that all HVAC works comply with project specifications, local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
7. Technology Utilization
You will utilize digital information technology tools and engineering documentation to optimize quality reporting and professional organizational efficiency.
Requirements
To be considered for this QA/QC Engineer position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Essential Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
- Professional Credentials: Relevant professional QA/QC Engineering credentials (such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ Certification) are preferred.
- Experience: Proven professional experience specifically within HVAC construction projects. UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong background in quality control procedures, site inspections, and technical compliance monitoring.
- HVAC Standards: Strong understanding of HVAC technical standards, industry specifications (ASHRAE, SMACNA), and quality documentation.
