Position Title: Civil Draftsman – Roads and Infrastructure
We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced Civil Draftsman specializing in roads and infrastructure projects to join our expanding team.
This role is ideal for a drafting professional who understands the complexities of large-scale infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for preparing precise technical drawings for roadworks, collaborating with surveyors, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
As a Civil Draftsman, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Technical Drawing Preparation
You will prepare detailed and accurate technical drawings for roadworks and infrastructure projects using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Your drawings will meet management and project delivery targets.
2. Design Integrity
You will maintain 100% data integrity in civil drawings, topographical updates, cross-sections, longitudinal sections, and technical documentation for projects in Dubai, Sharjah, RAK, and Fujairah.
3. Collaboration with Engineers and Surveyors
You will liaise with the human resources department, project engineers, and surveyors to ensure all drafting outputs are aligned with project requirements, site conditions, and local standards.
4. Compliance Review
You will review and verify all infrastructure drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications, local UAE municipality regulations, and road construction standards.
5. Documentation Management
You will maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and technical documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
6. Technology Utilization
You will utilize digital information technology tools, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D to optimize drafting efficiency, reduce errors, and produce professional engineering reports.
