Position Title: Labeling Designer & Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative Labeling Designer & Coordinator to join our manufacturing team in Ras Al Khaimah.
This role is ideal for a design professional who understands the importance of accurate product labeling, cross-departmental coordination, and brand consistency. You will be responsible for creating and updating product labels, coordinating approvals with internal departments (QC, Sales, Admin), and maintaining organized records by brand.

Key Responsibilities
As a Labeling Designer & Coordinator, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Label Creation and Updates
You will create and update product labels according to brand guidelines and management requirements. You will ensure every label meets branding accuracy and regulatory standards.
2. Design File Integrity
You will maintain 100% data integrity in design files, record keeping, and approval documentation. You will organize files by brand, product line, and version control.
3. Cross-Departmental Coordination
You will liaise with the human resources department, QC (Quality Control), Sales, and Admin teams to obtain final design approvals. You will ensure all stakeholders sign off before labels go to production.
4. Task Management and Follow-Up
You will follow up with the design team to ensure timely completion of labeling tasks. You will track progress against deadlines and quality standards.
5. Feedback Implementation
You will incorporate feedback from QC, Sales, and management into label designs. You will manage revision cycles efficiently.
6. Technology Utilization
You will utilize digital information technology tools and design software to optimize label storage, version control, and professional operational reporting.
